So I have been running a lot the last few weeks. This last weekend I ran 14 mi, the weekend before I ran 30 mi. and another 30 mi prior. The funny thing is I feel fine. I remember years ago one marathon will kill me. Now a 30 mi weekend seem normal.

Since I have been running so much my weight started to come off... well a little bit. I think me eating subway helps as well...

But what's trouble me is my measurement. 23.5% body fat... ok that I know. My physique Rating is 2... ok... the gut is a little bit bigger than me. But my metabolic age is 44 years... I have a problem with that LOL. I think my first goal is to get my body fat down to below 20% first. That's 7 lbs of fat. Maybe I'll do another one of this when I reach 190lbs.
I know it's not super accurate. But it's good to be scare sometime =) I want to make my metabolic age go down to below 34! LOL
